Agreement

By accessing the PumpSafer marketing site or using our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use PumpSafer on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Platform use

You agree to use PumpSafer only for lawful purposes related to pump safety training, assessments, and compliance. You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with other users.

Accounts and subscriptions

Company owners are responsible for user access within their workspace. Subscription fees, billing cycles, and plan limits are described at checkout and in your account settings. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew annually through Stripe.

Content and training materials

Training content, checklists, and platform materials are provided for operational safety use. PumpSafer content does not replace employer safety programs, regulatory obligations, or professional judgment on site.

Availability and changes

We may update features, pricing, or these terms. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by email where appropriate. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, PumpSafer is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
